Overview

As a Retail Campus Recruiter at CVS Health, you will serve as a talent advisor, focusing on recruiting for Retail Management interns to build a pipeline for the Store Manager in Training (SMIT) program.

Requirements

• Proficient with applicant tracking systems, specifically Workday.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment purposes.
• Experience with recruiting tools like Phenom and RippleMatch preferred.
• College recruitment experience preferred.
• HS diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
