In Short

• Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence.
• Assist patients and customers to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly and prescriptions are filled accurately.
• Complete rigorous company training program and satisfy all registration requirements.
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive culture within the team.
• Follow company SOPs at each workstation for safe prescription fulfillment.
• Show empathy and genuine care in patient interactions.
• Complete basic inventory activities as directed by pharmacy leadership.
• Support immunizations and other patient health care services where allowable.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs.

Requirements

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Ability to work in home store and across the market.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Strong customer service and team orientation skills.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical reasoning skills for prescription accuracy.
• Ability to manage physical demands of the job.
