In Short

• Support pharmacy teams to deliver operational excellence.
• First point of contact for patients and customers.
• Assist in filling prescriptions accurately and promptly.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for pharmacy operations.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences through compassionate care.
• Complete inventory activities as directed.
• Remain flexible to meet business needs and contribute to team dynamics.
• Comply with relevant laws and CVS policies for patient safety.
• May support immunizations upon meeting training requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Must meet state board of pharmacy requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations for prescriptions.
• Ability to lift and move items as needed.
• Attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks.
