Overview

As a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, you will play a critical role in supporting the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence, ensuring patient prescriptions are filled accurately and promptly.

Requirements

  • Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements.
  • Minimum age of 16 years or high school diploma/equivalent.
  • Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks.
  • Excellent customer service and team orientation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Mathematical reasoning abilities for medication dispensing.
  • Problem resolution skills for challenging interactions.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role.
  • Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
