Overview

As a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, you will play a critical role in supporting pharmacy teams and delivering exceptional service to patients. You will assist in ensuring pharmacy operations run smoothly while providing caring service that exceeds patient expectations.

  • Support pharmacy team in delivering operational excellence.
  • Assist patients with prescription fulfillment and inquiries.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safety and accuracy.

  • Complete inventory activities as directed.
  • Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs.
  • Understand and comply with pharmacy regulations.
  • Participate in additional health care services as permitted.
  • Complete required training and maintain licensure.
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements.
  • At least 16 years of age or high school diploma/equivalent.
  • Regular attendance including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to concentrate and pivot quickly between tasks.
  • Excellent customer service and team orientation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mathematical reasoning skills for prescription fulfillment.
  • Ability to identify and resolve patient issues.
  • Physical ability to perform necessary tasks.
  • 1-3 years previous experience preferred.
