In Short

• Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence.
• Assist patients and customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences through empathy and genuine care.
• Complete basic inventory activities as directed by pharmacy leadership.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs.
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Deliver additional patient health care services where allowable by law.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school.
• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Ability to work in the home store and across the market.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to concentrate on tasks over periods of time.
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Mathematical reasoning skills for prescription calculations.
