As a part-time clinician at Signify Health, you will provide in-home health evaluations, helping patients on their journey to better health while building trusted relationships.

In Short

• Provide in-home health evaluations to patients.

• Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states.
• Conduct virtual visits as required.

• Work up to 29.5 hours per week.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license in coverage area.
• Board certification required.
• Multi-state licenses preferred.
• Ability to cover primary locations including Augusta, ME.
