Requirements

  • Experience as a retail manager or supervisor is preferred.
  • Advanced communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work overtime and respond to urgent issues.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Ability to implement policies and procedures effectively.
