Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Experience in Family medicine or primary care preferred.
• Education: Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
• Proficiency in additional languages preferred.
• Two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
• Ability to order and administer immunizations.
• Pass a FIT test and wear respirator mask as required.
