Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Experience in Family medicine or primary care preferred.
• Education: Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Two years of medically relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with immunizations and patient education.
• EPIC experience preferred.
