Overview

As a Health Coach Dietitian at CVS Health, you will empower individuals to achieve optimal health through personalized nutrition coaching and evidence-based care while working remotely.

In Short

• Collaborate with members to assess and implement tailored nutrition strategies.
• Use clinical tools to evaluate nutritional risks and create care plans.

• Must reside in MST or PST time zones.
• Requires Bachelor's Degree and Registered Dietitian license.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant fields.
• Compassionate communicator with problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Registered Dietitian license in State of Residence.
• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.
• Minimum 5 years experience in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in weight management and health behavior change.
• Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Office.
