Overview

As a full-time physician with Signify Health, you will conduct in-home health evaluations primarily in New York and New England, engaging with patients to enhance their health care experience.

• Conduct pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members.
• Travel across multiple states, requiring overnight stays.
• Provide 40 hours of availability weekly, completing 160+ capacity units per month.

Requirements

• MD/DO degree with active medical licenses.
• Experience with in-home health evaluations preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively within licensed states.

• Willingness to maintain training and compliance with health standards.
