Overview

As a part-time physician at Signify Health, you will provide in-home health evaluations, engaging with patients to help bridge gaps in care and improve health outcomes.

In Short

• Provide in-home health evaluations for patients.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area.
• Multi-state licenses preferred.
• Ability to cover Spokane and surrounding areas.
• Passion for patient care and health improvement.
• Experience in primary care or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to conduct thorough health assessments.
• Familiarity with digital health tools.
