Overview

The Field Service Technician provides technical support to internal users of computer applications and hardware, ensuring the smooth functioning of various systems within the store.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware.
• Valid Driver’s License with no major violations.
• Willingness to drive between locations in Cape Cod, MA.
• Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 75lbs + and work on a ladder.
• Technical Certifications preferred.
• Technical Degree preferred.
• Previous field service technician work preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
