CVS Health is seeking experienced Claims Intake Processors to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, responsible for preparing and scanning paper claims into the production environment.

In Short

• Prepare and scan paper claims into the production environment.
• Sort interoffice and regular mail by department.
• Open and extract items from envelopes.
• Scan mail according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Operate mailroom equipment including scanners and printers.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift 20 - 35 pounds.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
• Understanding of modern office practices and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous PBM experience preferred.
• 1+ year of claims experience preferred.
