Cash and Trade Processing Representative 5 - Remote

Overview

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team.

In Short

• Perform cash management operations, such as cash handling and check processing.
• Provide processing assistance for firm payments and trade transactions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for User Acceptance Training (UAT).
• Participate in compliance related activities to minimize losses.
• Assist with cash & trade operational project needs.
• Assess risk when making business decisions.
• Demonstrate ethical judgment regarding personal behavior and business practices.
• Train new team members and lower level personnel.
• Work hours are Sunday-Thursday 9PM-5:30AM EST.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of compliance regulations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
