The Advanced Eligibility Consultant at CVS Health is responsible for managing complex client needs and resolving intricate issues while coaching and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements

• Proficiency in eligibility processing and data management.
• Experience using Quickbase is preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong foundation in auditing and innovative problem-solving.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
