Overview

The Senior Network Performance Analyst will support the Medicare Advantage Network team by designing, implementing, and maintaining performance strategies, focusing on data analysis to enhance provider and plan performance.

In Short

  • Work as a consultative and collaborative analyst in the Medicare Advantage Network Performance Team.
  • Design, implement, and maintain provider and plan performance strategies.
  • Perform advanced data analysis and provide insights for strategic decisions.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with division leadership to align performance with corporate objectives.
  • Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Communicate complex concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work in a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
  • Focus on data-driven conclusions and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in health insurance or related industry.
  • Experience with SQL and statistical programming languages.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas.
  • Understanding of health insurance delivery systems and managed care concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret claims data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail in developing action plans.
  • Ability to negotiate with providers.
