TruSkin, a leader in Skin Friendly, Skin Nutrition skincare products, is seeking a hands-on TikTok Growth Specialist to drive and optimize growth on the TikTok Shop platform.

In Short

Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations, including order processing and issue resolution.
Oversee product uploads and listing optimization.
Lead campaign execution and promotional activities.
Manage relationships with external agencies and internal teams.
Monitor order flows and customer satisfaction metrics.
Provide support to customers and sellers via various channels.
Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues.
Stay updated on TikTok Shop policies and trends.

Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce growth.
Direct TikTok Shop experience preferred.
Proven ability to manage agencies and influencer partnerships.
Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop seller tools and logistics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-centric mindset.
