Brand Marketing Manager (Russian Speaking) - Remote

At Well Fitness Europe, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to strengthen our dedicated team. Our mission is to provide top-notch fitness and training equipment from brands like TRUE, SMITH, and Octane to our customers, creating excitement in gyms, physiotherapy, and other facilities. With your creativity and strategic thinking, you will significantly contribute to increasing our brand awareness and developing innovative marketing campaigns.

Important: Due to the international nature of the work, fluent language skills in German, English, and Russian are required.

In Short

• Responsible for brand marketing of True Fitness, Octane & Smith Fitness brands.
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies for our fitness and sports products.
• Planning and execution of campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Analysis of market trends and competitive activities to derive innovative marketing initiatives.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting marketing performance and optimizing measures.

Requirements

• Completed studies in marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the fitness or sports industry (not a requirement).
• Experience in collaboration with external marketing specialists and project delivery.
• Creativity and experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Language Requirement: Fluent in German, English & Russian.
