Overview

Tarsus is seeking a highly motivated Associate Director of Program Management to play a vital role in advancing a growing pipeline through early and late-stage development.

• Manage cross-functional teams in drug development.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate meetings and manage team dynamics.

• Some travel may be required (up to 20%).

Requirements

• BA/BS with 12+ years of relevant experience in biopharma.
• 3-5 years of leading cross-functional project management.
• Expertise in project management tools, Smartsheet preferred.
• Knowledge of alliance contracts and stakeholder management.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
