• Design and deliver compelling dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau and Hex
• Architect and maintain scalable, governed BI layers and pipelines
• Drive metric development and governance
• Collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams
• Develop and deliver enablement programs for business users
• Act as a strategic partner and subject matter expert

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or analytics engineering roles
• Deep expertise in enterprise BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Hex)
• Highly skilled in dashboard UX/UI design
• Experience building and managing self-service environments
• Proficient in SQL and tools like dbt
• Understanding of the end-to-end BI lifecycle
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Enjoy contributing to and evolving best practices
