Business Intelligence Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Business Intelligence Engineer at Cerula Care, you will be at the heart of our mission to transform behavioral health outcomes for people living with cancer. You will work closely with our clinical, operations, customer success, and product teams to turn data into actionable insights that directly impact member care and business growth.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track key clinical and business metrics.
• Partner with clinical leadership to develop meaningful KPIs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support outcomes analysis work by creating robust data pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure data capture.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Help establish data governance practices.
• Support regulatory reporting and payer communication.
• Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Experience designing customer-facing dashboards.
• Experience at a digital health start-up.
• Experience with API integration for data extraction.
• Experience with data warehouse concepts and ETL processes.
