As the Manager of Brand Studio at Webflow, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team in shaping the future of the in-house design and creative function, driving strategic alignment and team health.

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in brand, creative, or design roles
• 3 to 5+ years of people management experience
• Strong track record of driving project outcomes
• Excellent collaboration and influence skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Curiosity and openness to growth
• Bonus: Experience with managing web projects in Webflow
