Weave is looking for a Senior or Staff Test Infrastructure Engineer to lead the charge in building intuitive, high-impact testing tools that empower our developers to ship high-quality software with speed and confidence. As a senior engineer on the Test Infrastructure team, you’ll set the technical direction and play a pivotal role in scaling our testing systems to meet the demands of a rapidly growing engineering organization.

• Lead the design and development of scalable test infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• Strong programming skills in Go and/or Python.
• Deep familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to design and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with various testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of microservice architectures.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
