In Short

• Define and communicate the organization’s product and design vision aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead and manage the product and design teams, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Partner with executives to align product initiatives with the revenue plan.
• Engage with clients and partners to identify opportunities for new capabilities and products.
• Work closely with engineering to prioritize features and optimize product offerings.
• Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product features and partnerships.
• Foster innovation by integrating user research and usability testing into the design process.
• Mentor product and design teams, promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and share insights on industry trends.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management and design, with 4-5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in product strategy, UX/UI design principles, and agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and scaling product and design teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Deep understanding of customer insights and market dynamics.
