Requirements

• Prior experience selling title insurance is required.
• Strong understanding of title and closing processes.
• Existing industry relationships preferred.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deals.

Benefits

• Base salary of $80,000 – $100,000, based on experience.
