• 4 to 8-month internship for co-op and non-co-op students, and recent grads.
• Work partially remote with in-person days at the Toronto headquarters.
• Support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system optimization.
• Engage in data entry and maintain financial records.
• Assist in the full cycle accounts payable function.
• Review expense reports and reconcile corporate credit cards.
• Gather and analyze vendor quotes for procurement decisions.
• Participate in month-end and year-end close tasks.
• Learn about fintech and analyze financial data trends.
• Receive mentorship and connect with the Wealthsimple community.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Business, Finance, or related degree.
• Ability to simplify and document processes using technology.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about technology, especially fintech.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience with P2P systems is a plus.
