In Short

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective leads
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Set and confirm appointments with potential clients or partners
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information
  • Follow up with prospects who haven’t responded
  • Coordinate calendars and ensure smooth handoff to the sales/client team
  • Track and report performance metrics (calls made, appointments set, etc.)
  • Perform basic administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
