Clinician Services Engagement Associate - Remote

Overview

The Clinician Services Engagement Associate plays a pivotal role in managing communication and coordination between clinical research sites and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful preparation and completion of clinical assessments, in alignment with the project-specific scope of work.

• Collaborate with external customers and internal teams through calls and emails.
• Ensure adherence to Company standards in Clinician Services.
• Manage multiple clinical trials simultaneously.
• Provide study administrative support such as data entry and report generation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide basic technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Assist with onboarding of new clinical research sites.
• Monitor query notification and resolution process to protect data integrity.
• Review protocols for custom report generation.
• Develop strategies to mitigate study protocol deviation risks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous clinical research trial or related experience.
• Experience working directly with sponsors and sites.
• Basic knowledge of the clinical trial process, GCPs, FDA regulations.
• Proficient in office management software.
• Technical skills to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
