Overview

The Data & Insights Specialist will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of data, transforming raw data into meaningful insights to support the organization’s strategic objectives.

• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
