Overview

The FP&A Manager will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational analytics across the organization. This role will partner closely with operations, accounting, asset management, and executive leadership to provide actionable insights that drive performance, improve margins, and support strategic decision-making.

In Short

  • Support the annual budget process and assist with monthly and quarterly forecasting.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Serve as a finance business partner to regional and community leadership.
  • Improve reporting templates and standardize financial reporting across communities.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to understand key business drivers.
  • Provide analysis to support pricing, occupancy, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Manage recurring reporting processes and support ad-hoc analysis.
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and easy for stakeholders to understand.
  • Develop tools and dashboards for informed decision-making.
  • Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or operational analytics.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and turn findings into clear recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, real estate, or multi-site operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Vena, Yardi, Salesforce, or Power BI preferred.
