As the Lead UX Researcher (Founding) at Wander, you’ll build our research practice from 0→1 and drive insight across the full product lifecycle—discovery to validation to iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX Research.
• AI-native with effective use of AI tools.
• Mastery of moderated & unmoderated testing.
• Fluency in research tools like UserTesting.com, Maze, and Hotjar.
• Strong organizational skills in research ops.
• Data-literate with basic SQL knowledge.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating impact driven by research.
