Overview

We are Wals Professional Services GmbH, a young IT company that strengthens regional e-commerce brands and helps them succeed against large market participants. Our core competency lies in the development and sales of innovative SaaS plugins for weclapp. We take care of the weclapp onboarding and daily support for our clients, ensuring smooth business processes.

In Short

• You act as the primary contact for prospects and clients regarding weclapp.
• Guide clients through the entire process from requirements analysis to onboarding and daily support.
• Conduct onboarding training and create documentation for optimal use of the weclapp system.
• Collect client needs and communicate them to the development team for tailored solutions.
• Flexible and remote working environment to balance professional and personal life.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with weclapp, either in an e-commerce company or as a consultant.
• Degree in business or IT, with solid knowledge of accounting and ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills and proactive approach.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Living in Austria or Germany.
