We are Wals Professional Services GmbH, a young IT company that strengthens regional e-commerce brands and helps them successfully compete against large market participants. Our core competence lies in the development and sales of innovative SaaS plugins for weclapp. We take care of the weclapp onboarding for our clients as well as daily support, ensuring smooth business processes.

In Short

• Act as the primary contact for prospects and clients regarding weclapp.
• Guide clients through the entire process from requirements analysis to onboarding and daily support.
• Conduct onboarding training and create documentation for optimal system use.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with weclapp in an e-commerce setting or as a weclapp consultant.
• Degree in business or IT, or comparable qualification, with knowledge in accounting.
• Good listener with clear and solution-oriented communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
• Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level).
