Overview

As an Investment Banking Instructor, you will have the unique opportunity to teach, advise, and inspire the next generation of finance professionals.

In Short

• Serve as a lead facilitator for virtual and in-person classroom training sessions.
• Help students and professionals develop the skills and insights they need to thrive in their careers.

• Participate in curriculum development by editing and refining training materials.
• Design and create new course content.
• Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students as needed.
• Complete WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program.
• Flexible schedule to conduct training Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience at a bulge bracket investment bank.
• Expertise in accounting, financial modeling, and Excel.
• An MBA from a top business school is preferred but not required.
• Strong passion for teaching and sharing knowledge about finance.
• Ability to conduct multi-week seminars and deliver content to diverse audiences.
• High availability during the summer months is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
