Requirements

• Higher education in Insurance Law or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience in managing bodily injury claims.
• Good knowledge of the Badinter law and its jurisprudential evolution.
• Mastery of IRSA, IRCA, and PAOS conventions.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Excellent writing skills, organizational sense, and rigor.
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• Ability to handle various situations with responsibility.
• Commitment to quality in case follow-up.
