DERMS Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled DERMS Analyst to support the integration and optimization of Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS), enhancing system reliability and efficiency.

In Short

• Hybrid work environment with three on-site days and two remote days.
• Support operational performance of DERMS applications.
• Analyze DERMS data for grid performance insights.
• Integrate DERMS with SCADA and other systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in energy analytics or DERMS roles.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with SCADA in a utility setting.
• Knowledge of power systems and DER technologies.
• Familiarity with machine learning for DER forecasting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Meter Data Management Systems is a plus.
