Overview

As a Senior Manager in Finance & Accounts at Vyn, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across our operations, supporting our mission to transform the deskless work environment.

In Short

• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (KPI & CPI).
• Responsible for yearly financial planning and monthly revenue forecasting.
• Prepare and own Consolidated Financial Statements for the Group.
• Prepare reporting packs for Leadership Team and Board.
• Monitor team targets and budgets, making necessary course corrections.
• Communicate effectively about deadlines and timelines.
• Collaborate with Accounting teams to resolve issues.
• Lead the annual audit process with external auditors.
• Collaborate with Sales to track SaaS-specific metrics.
• Manage and mentor the finance team.

Requirements

• CA qualified/CA Inter+ MBA Finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Macros/VBA knowledge is a plus.
• 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in SaaS or Tech.
• Experience in preparing multi-entity consolidated financial statements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERPs like NetSuite.
