Equity Operations Assistant - Remote

Overview

An Assistant is needed to join the Equity Operations team, providing support for global equity programs and gaining valuable operational and analytical skills.

In Short

• Support daily equity operations processes including RSU releases and stock option exercises.
• Maintain accurate data across equity platforms and HRIS.
• Assist employees with equity-related questions.
• Partner with external vendors for routine tasks.
• Prepare and update operational documentation.
• Provide administrative support for quarterly equity grant cycles.
• Assist with audit and compliance materials.
• Contribute to team projects on equity reporting and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Interest in learning about equity compensation.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with HR/payroll systems or equity platforms is a plus.
