Overview

As a Senior Customer Onboarding Consultant - Franchise, you will work with our largest customers to implement Voxie’s intelligent SMS platform, ensuring a seamless client implementation and setting the foundation for a successful long-term partnership.

In Short

• Proactively manage the implementation process from end-to-end.
• Understand clients' customer journeys and align them to Voxie’s solutions.
• Define and document customer workflows and compliance best practices.
• Maintain customer records using project management tools.
• Communicate technical requirements to internal and external teams.
• Partner with data teams to ensure client ROI and satisfaction.
• Build relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Improve product offerings and troubleshoot customer issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a consultative onboarding role for large organizations.
• 2+ years in marketing technology or SMS communications.
• Proven ability to build and improve customer journeys.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate across various teams.
