Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst at Vouch, you will have the unique opportunity to build the foundational data structure, tools, and models to help all of our functions become increasingly data-driven.

In Short

• Develop an advanced understanding of Vouch's business model and its drivers.
• Conduct Discovery with cross-functional stakeholders to identify data and metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Engineering, Product, and relevant teams.
• Propose standardized definitions of data and metrics.
• Develop analytical frameworks and dashboards.
• Perform analyses to identify performance drivers.
• Lead data projects end-to-end.
• Document data models for collaboration and usability.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in a quantitative analytical role.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven collaborator in cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years of experience with Python or R.
