Overview

Vot-ER is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead elements of the organization's Development operations, focusing on supporting Foundation, Corporate, and Individual Giving portfolios.

• Lead donor cultivation and engagement activities.
• Facilitate connections to priority prospects.
• Develop fundraising messaging and materials.
• Create strategic plans for donor engagement and alternative fundraising streams.
• Support executive leadership in development relationships.
• Track foundation and individual donors for major gifts.
• Oversee donor database and internal systems.
• Write and review grant proposals.

• Analyze donor data to inform strategic decisions.
