The Special Project Coordinator at VOSKER is responsible for coordinating events and trade shows, managing sponsorships, and acting as a liaison between marketing teams and customer advisory centers.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in marketing or a marketing degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in coordinating special events.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel.
• Experience with project management tools like TRELLO or JIRA.
• Ability to work with creative teams.
• Experience in planning content for social media.
• Creative, autonomous, and team-oriented.
• Able to multitask and prioritize projects.
