Product Owner - Remote

Overview

The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for the product vision and for maximizing the value delivered by the development team. They work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritize, and refine product requirements based on business objectives and user needs.

• Define business value in collaboration with the Product Director.
• Define technological solutions for features/projects.
• Maintain the delivery roadmap in collaboration with the team.
• Define product deployment strategies.
• Prioritize and document the product strategy and backlog.
• Manage releases to optimize product delivery.
• Communicate priorities to the development team.
• Manage and prioritize the defect list.
• Identify risks and contribute to mitigation plans.
• Engage the development team and manage multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Product Owner or Manager.
• Strong understanding of digital products and their lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Good understanding of technical constraints and development processes.
• Excellent communication skills (French/English).
• Strong ability to structure and organize team work.
• Adaptability to uncertainty and shifting priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
