Overview

As an Operations Associate in Voodoo’s Core Central Team, you will support internal studios to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement in game development.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Track key performance metrics and develop actionable recommendations.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to provide insights on studio performance.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across studios by documenting best practices.
• Create and refine processes to improve efficiency across studios.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal departments.
• Assist the team manager in preparing strategic updates for internal studios.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Background from a tier-1 business school or equivalent.
• Fluent or native-level English.
• Interest in the gaming industry.
• Previous experience in a demanding work environment is a plus.
