Senior Manager, IT Asset Management and CMDB - Remote

Overview

This role will support a larger critical initiative for the organization. As Vonage builds processes and implements tools for IT Asset Management (ITAM) and a Configuration Management Database (CMDB), this role will be key in driving the building of a team and delivering a world class ITAM and CMDB function.

In Short

• Oversee the overall management and accuracy of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Implement and maintain discovery, providing governance to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Design and maintain the CMDB data model.
• Develop and document processes for data entry and updates.
• Review and approve updates to CMDB attributes.
• Monitor and review data inconsistencies.
• Develop IT asset lifecycle management policies.
• Implement processes for governance for adherence to standards.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to track and report on asset management.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Broad technical knowledge across multiple IT platforms.
• Experience performing data analysis in support of ITAM and CMDB.
• Experience leading global teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders for compliance.
