BSS Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The BSS Product Manager will coordinate and prioritize business needs from the Vonage Groups to deliver best-in-class BSS Product Catalog capabilities across all product lines, working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Drive the roadmap for standardizing and integrating the Product Catalog.
• Manage the roadmap of work required for Product Catalog integration.
• Discover, analyze, and document requirements and business processes.
• Oversee the delivery of new features and products with Engineering.
• Integrate user feedback and performance metrics into plans.

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex projects in the BSS area.
• Ability to manage the BSS Product Catalog roadmap.
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS including CRM and Billing systems.
• Excellent at discovering business pain points and proposing solutions.
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
