Overview

Voltus is seeking a talented and driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter to join our team, focusing on full-cycle recruiting for commercial operations in the energy sector.

In Short

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for commercial and enterprise sales roles.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified commercial talent.
• Develop recruiting strategies tailored to the energy industry.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the competitive talent market.
• Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity in our ATS.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within the energy industry preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior sales leaders.
• Excellent sourcing skills for niche commercial roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches.
• Experience with Lever or a comparable ATS.
