• Seeking a highly motivated IT Intern for a remote role.
• Support IT operations for a 250-person remote organization.
• Provide first and second-level technical support for various applications.
• Manage incident tickets through Zendesk.
• Assist with IT asset management activities.
• Support implementation of data retention policies.
• Optimize IT ticketing workflows in Zendesk.
• Assist with platform administration tasks in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations.
• Work directly with Senior IT Manager and Systems Administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of major operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based productivity suites.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with common office applications.
• Prior IT support experience preferred.
• Understanding of ITIL framework.
• Experience with compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Basic scripting skills are advantageous.
